"I hired Done Right Services to do the stone foundation walls and floor of my 1935 colonial basement in spring of 2012. Our basement has been completely transformed from a dusty field stone dungeon to a decent looking usable space for our kids. The goal of the project was to eliminate or least mitigate the chances of radon and water penetration during floods and improve the overall aesthetics. We have not experienced any water to date. The 30 year warranty was key reason why we selected Done Right Services. Jeremy was easy to deal with and very patient with my numerous questions. He helped me find a good plumber as well and plan out the project. Overall, I am very pleased with the look of the basement and the support I received from Jeremy. I truly hope the product holds up to the water pressure during floods but expect that Jeremy will be supportive if water issues do arise. Comments: I can't recommend Jeremy and his company Done Right Services enough. When I purchased my older home in 2017, I was told that Done Right Services had waterproofed the basement walls. Thru every storm that year the walls were completely dry but the floor leaked badly. So after awhile I contacted Jeremy to fix the floors too. Jeremy came quickly and not only explained the process but was extremely kind and considerate to me. While Jeremy and the Done Right crew were here, I had to leave for an appointment. I was so comfortable with this company (especially knowing that Jeremy was here working and overseeing the job) that I left for my appointment without any apprehension. When I got home later that afternoon, the job was done, the door was locked, and he even left me a note! It's been a few months and a few storms and my basement and my "stuff" is completely dry! Comments: Jeremy was curteous, customer service focused, and did a great job on my basement. He worked hard to make sure I was happy and was also flexible in making this project work for me. He had a very challenging basement - a 100+ year old fieldstone basement with places where all the mortar was gone and we could stare at sunlight from the basement. He powerwashed and cleaned out the joints, repacked and stabalized the mortar, and then sealed the entire foundation. It looks like a million bucks now! Very satisfied and will hire him again for related projects!
