Comments: I can’t recommend Jeremy and his company Done Right Services enough. When I purchased my older home in 2017, I was told that Done Right Services had waterproofed the basement walls. Thru every storm that year the walls were completely dry but the floor leaked badly. So after awhile I contacted Jeremy to fix the floors too. Jeremy came quickly and not only explained the process but was extremely kind and considerate to me. While Jeremy and the Done Right crew were here, I had to leave for an appointment. I was so comfortable with this company (especially knowing that Jeremy was here working and overseeing the job) that I left for my appointment without any apprehension. When I got home later that afternoon, the job was done, the door was locked, and he even left me a note! It’s been a few months and a few storms and my basement and my “stuff” is completely dry! Thank you Jeremy and Done Right Services. It was a pleasure. PS…. I love the color!

Comments: Jeremy was curteous, customer service focused, and did a great job on my basement. He worked hard to make sure I was happy and was also flexible in making this project work for me. He had a very challenging basement – a 100+ year old fieldstone basement with places where all the mortar was gone and we could stare at sunlight from the basement. He powerwashed and cleaned out the joints, repacked and stabalized the mortar, and then sealed the entire foundation. It looks like a million bucks now! Very satisfied and will hire him again for related projects!

Comments: MAJOR WATERPROOFING BASEMENT / CRAWL SPACE / BULKHEAD / CRACKED FOUNDATION The review’s and the fact I researched every avenue to fix the massive amounts a water that would enter the basement threw the floor, walls, bulk head, and crawl space I had many contractors come over with there way of fixing it from inside and out from sump pump french drains to digging up under the foundation and sealing from the outside well it was no brainer Jeremy had the best solution hands down and the best value Jeremy’s product’s really work and he lived up to his name DONE RIGHT SERVICE’S he can tackle almost any project give him a shot no disappointment

Done Right Services was accomodating with the changes of schedules. Done Right Services went beyond the minimum requirements and helped with demolition and trash removal.
