"No more leaks, no more smell!!! My house has been in the family for generations. After about 130 years, I inherited the cost of repairing the stone foundation. Within 48 hours, he called me back, set up a time to assess the job, and when he entered the basement I knew he knew what he was talking about. We set up a work schedule, which he and his crew stuck to. Materials were delivered, work was done exactly as described, and my basement is like brand new! Also, communication everyday from his crew about what they were doing and completing was a plus.
His multi-tiered approach to cleaning the stone, stripping out old mortar, repacking/repointing, and then carefully sealing it absolutely does the trick! I like to tell people, “my basement doesn’t smell like dead bodies anymore!” All the years of mildew is completely gone. Moreover, after two massive arial flood events this July/August (2.76” in 36 mins for one storm) the basement is dry as a bone. I would have normal gotten a waterfall of leaks threw two major sections of stone. My dehumidifier is set at 55%, and I’m looking forward to no more leaks or smells.

"I can’t recommend Jeremy and his company Done Right Services enough. When I purchased my older home in 2017, I was told that Done Right Services had waterproofed the basement walls. Thru every storm that year the walls were completely dry but the floor leaked badly. So after awhile I contacted Jeremy to fix the floors too. Jeremy came quickly and not only explained the process but was extremely kind and considerate to me. While Jeremy and the Done Right crew were here, I had to leave for an appointment. I was so comfortable with this company (especially knowing that Jeremy was here working and overseeing the job) that I left for my appointment without any apprehension.
