"Done Right just finished re-pointing and waterproofing our 200+ year old fieldstone basement, and I could not recommend them more. The crew (German, Benny, and Bundy) went above and beyond to complete the job after running into some pretty serious and unforeseen conditions in the basement. At many points throughout the project I was expecting them to let me know they could not complete the job, but they did. This was an expensive project and we had been quoted cheaper by another company, but I am certain that no other company would have persisted through the conditions that these guys worked in. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for foundation repair!"
"Done Right did full waterproofing on my 100 yr old stone foundation and basement walls. I canât store anything in this damp wet basement. I was hooked after seeing tons of 5 star reviews, and Jeremyâs video on YouTube showing the process on a fieldstone basement like mine. Done Right from Lawrence, MA offered the best warrantee also, 30 year with 10 year for waterproofing ⊠and itâs transferable! Mine had never been maintained properly, except previous owners used some concrete to plug holes outside (not correct!) and slapped some waterproof paint on some walls (also not correct). A crew of 4 pleasant, helpful, hard working guys did the whole job in 5 days just as was quoted, including demo of 50 yo gross âfinishingâ walls, ceiling, partitions, workbench, and shelving (and pounds of spider webs and nests!!) They dug out all the deteriorated mortar, power washed the heck out of it, sucked up the water, repointed all the stone, and put 2 coats of sealant all way round. The outside stone foundation was repointed as well, including under a long deck I just had refurbished and painted. Note: I didnât get basement floor done as it was cost prohibitive. This was not a cheap project, but I didnât have to get steps I didnât need that other companies recommended (like drains, sump pump, and a permanent dehumidifier with only a 5 yr warrantee). Jeremy recommended Santa Fe dehumidifier to protect my investment and allow storage. Also not cheap, but I guess to get what you pay for."
"Three years ago, I had several foundation cracks in my basement sealed by another crack repair company. This fall, every single repair they filled, began to leak with water.
I contacted Done-Right Services and was introduced to German and his team.
Every team member was professional, polite, tidy, and hard-working.
They practiced appropriate social distancing and COVID-19 precautions.
But most importantly, their workmanship exceeded my expectations.
They repaired the previous failures, filled a wall-to-wall floor crack and sealed/water-proofed my entire basement walls and floor. They were also able to seal behind some very tight spaces, like our water softening equipment.
Now, when I turn on the lights and enter my basement, it honestly looks as if I could ice stake across the floor. Thanks to German and his team, I have significantly increased the value of my home.
On a side note, I have a 19-year-old son diagnosed with special needs. German and his crew were not afraid to interact appropriately with Nick and allow him to admire their workmanship. I reached out to Jeremy back in Oct of 2020. He came out looked at the property and promptly provided me a quote. I always get a little nervous about any company that I've never worked with or have not had a friend recommend to me. But I decided to go with them.
The worked they performed at my house: They re-pitched the stone field stone foundation, water proofed, and poured a cement floor (used to be dirt), they removed a needless field stone wall and cut a doorway in the cement foundation.
The results are AMAZING: These guys are hard working, professional, and just do an amazing job and keep things super clean. I'm SO happy with the results of the work done here that I had to write a review and I'm not one to leave reviews. Thanks to Jeremy and team....you guys truly are amazing people. And yes I do have before and after pictures that I'm happy to share"
