   What a total pleasure it was having Done Right Services water seal my basement. I spoke with Courtney over the phone who was very friendly to schedule a quote. Jeremy the owner was punctual on the date of the estimate. Chris and Doug were great! Addressing all my concerns and even helping me with other issues they spotted and how to go about fixing it.    The mortar was crumbling from our 235-year-old house’s flagstone walls in the basement.  Water was leaking through the walls.  We contemplated fixing it ourselves, but this job truly needed to be done by professionals.  I saw some online posts about Done Right Services and what a great job they do at sealing foundations.  I spoke with Courtney; who was very helpful through this experience, at the Done Right Services office to set up an appt for a quote.  Jeremy was extremely knowledgeable of the situation in our basement as he has fixed houses like ours for YEARS.  He provided the quote during his visit, and we also scheduled a date for the project.  Doug and Chris were assigned to the job and completed it in 5 days time.   Chris and Doug are experienced, detailed, professional, knowledgeable, the clean up after the job was well done, and their communication during the job was very much appreciated. Our basement is now clean, bright, restored, safe, secure, dry, and sealed for many years to come, with their impressive 30-year warranty!  The work was done on a Friday, and on Saturday we noticed a small hole in the wall.   I messaged Jeremy and on Monday morning he came and looked at the hole and repaired it on the spot.  Great service is hard to find these days, but Done Right Services showed us it still exists!  I highly recommend this company for your basement repairs. Thank you, Done Right Services!!

   The crew from Done Right — Doug, Chris, and Johnathan — did exactly what Jeremy said they were going to do for my cellar, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the work they did.    Jeremy, Doug, Chris, and Jonathan, our crew just completed our 123 year old very large basement in a week. The mortar was crumbling, water was leaking through the walls, we had black mold, holes, and mice. We didn't know what we could do to save our home. This crew is talented, detailed, thorough, professional, creative, knowledgeable, and just amazing!! Our home is clean, bright, redone, and restored, safe, secure, dry, and sealed for many many years to come, and we're amazed. Thank you Done Right!!

   Big improvement. No more showers of deteriorated mortar to cleanup!  Workers worked real hard and got it done in a week.  A bit expensive, but they did what we needed done.  Unfortunately we can't paint the surface.

   I was lucky enough to have met Jeremy, the owner of Done Right Services when I was looking for someone to help with a severe water issue in my basement.  (3 inches deep in one area!). I had previously tried to get estimates from several other contractors, but this project is not for the faint of heart. Most threw their hands up and walked away or never called back.

Jeremy walked my entire property, indoor and out. He listened politely to my frustrated grumbles about other contractors I’d had flee my “lost cause”of a property.

Jeremy offered realistic and practical insight and guidance as to how to attack and prioritize the projects.  After about 30 minutes, he said “you don’t need me.”Then he offered me the name of a company he recommended and said you need someone like this.  He gave me their direct line.

I was never asked for a dime.  Jeremy offered his time and advice free of charge.  In the end, I’m truly disappointed I didn’t get to work with Done Right Services.  I am however, very grateful people and companies like this still exist.

Incidentally, the company Jeremy recommended appears to offer similar service and my project is scheduled.  You can be sure if I ever need a company like Done Right, they will be my first and only call.

   Jeremy the owner was very knowledgeable and genuinely helpful about improving my home. Courtney the manager was attentive and thorough and it was very easy to get in touch with her via text or email. The process is well planned and went smoothly from start to finish.  I was super impressed with all 4 guys on the crew because they were exceptionally friendly honest and professional, they did hard work, dirty work, quality work and seemed to have fun while they did it, and they very muchñ cared that I was happy with the result. Comments: I can’t recommend Jeremy and his company Done Right Services enough. When I purchased my older home in 2017, I was told that Done Right Services had waterproofed the basement walls. Thru every storm that year the walls were completely dry but the floor leaked badly. So after awhile I contacted Jeremy to fix the floors too. Jeremy came quickly and not only explained the process but was extremely kind and considerate to me. While Jeremy and the Done Right crew were here, I had to leave for an appointment. I was so comfortable with this company (especially knowing that Jeremy was here working and overseeing the job) that I left for my appointment without any apprehension. When I got home later that afternoon, the job was done, the door was locked, and he even left me a note! It’s been a few months and a few storms and my basement and my “stuff” is completely dry! Thank you Jeremy and Done Right Services. It was a pleasure. PS…. I love the color!

Comments: Jeremy was curteous, customer service focused, and did a great job on my basement. He worked hard to make sure I was happy and was also flexible in making this project work for me. He had a very challenging basement – a 100+ year old fieldstone basement with places where all the mortar was gone and we could stare at sunlight from the basement. He powerwashed and cleaned out the joints, repacked and stabalized the mortar, and then sealed the entire foundation. It looks like a million bucks now! Very satisfied and will hire him again for related projects!
