"I was lucky enough to have met Jeremy, the owner of Done Right Services when I was looking for someone to help with a severe water issue in my basement. (3 inches deep in one area!). I had previously tried to get estimates from several other contractors, but this project is not for the faint of heart. Most threw their hands up and walked away or never called back.
Jeremy walked my entire property, indoor and out. He listened politely to my frustrated grumbles about other contractors I’d had flee my “lost cause”of a property.
Jeremy offered realistic and practical insight and guidance as to how to attack and prioritize the projects. After about 30 minutes, he said “you don’t need me.”Then he offered me the name of a company he recommended and said you need someone like this. He gave me their direct line.
I was never asked for a dime. Jeremy offered his time and advice free of charge. In the end, I’m truly disappointed I didn’t get to work with Done Right Services. I am however, very grateful people and companies like this still exist.
Incidentally, the company Jeremy recommended appears to offer similar service and my project is scheduled. You can be sure if I ever need a company like Done Right, they will be my first and only call."

"I just bought a house as first time homebuyer and had many hidden issues mainly pipe burst and then a flooding from the bulkhead ruining the finished side of the basement. It was all a blessing in disguise because I learned so much and saw behind the walls and that's where Jeremy and team comes in...I am SO thankful I got great contractors myself including Jeremy at Done Right Services. He gave me all the right advice and we did a full foundation repointing while the walls were down including the unfinished side so I never have to worry again (he gave me advice on the landscaping as well). But it doesn't end there...the crew that came in: German, Benny and Bundy were absolutely AMAZING...these guys helped me so much and taught me alot along the way. Courtney as well was a pleasure to deal with. But as you see in the photos I had the guys sign a window I hastily put up to block a hole that they later brick and mortar'd up as the memorial for when I look back on these days I see my struggles as a blessing that helped me get the house up and running for the LONG term and future owners if I decide to sell later.
