"Done right did a huge job at our house in Pepperell. We were in the process of a buy this house we were told That this 1880 houses foundation was unsafe, slipping and bowing. The stone field foundation had holes in it which had zero insulation. This foundation had awful support if we did not get this fixed correctly the dirt under the house would have slipped so much that the house would have started to cave. I was referred to done Right by a really good friend and he said they are definitely the ones for the job! I’m so glad I went with Done right! From the beginning Jeremy came out on a Saturday to give me a quote and see what he thought about what we could do. Jeremy definitely has a gift to see this awful sad excuse for a basement/ foundation and visualize a usable basement as well as a safe, strong foundation. Done right gave us hope that we could buy this house and make it safe for a fair price. Jeremy explained the process they would do very well. Pretty much they had to remove a large amount of timber from the dirt that had been acting as a support for the house as well as hold all the earth back from caving in. they would repoint the entire foundation and create a concrete wall to create even more support and hold back all the earth. They poured concrete for floors and completely water proofed the basement. The before and after pictures of this project is astounding! The process was as timely as Covid would allow and Jeremy was always very responsive to texts and questions. We are over the moon excited about our basement. The work the company did was so well done! Workers were all very respectful as well. I would highly recommend this company for any small or large foundation/ stone wall jobs you have!"

"Great experience! I called Done Right Services because I was having problems with a humidity issue in the basement and thought basement floor sealing might be the way to go. Jeremy arrived at my home, asked me what was going on, reviewed all the steps that I had taken to manage the humidity, took a look at the basement and perimeter of the house, and recommended that I did not need his service! He made some additional recommendations that I should consider to control water and drainage around the house and products to control the humidity inside the house.
