"My wife and I purchased the home her grand parents lived in, her mom and two aunts grew up in... where all the family gathered for every holiday. It's great to know it will stay in the family as another generation will grow up there.
Of course their were some issues we came across. One of them was two corners of the cinderblock foundation in the basement were in rough shape. We had zero idea who to call.
I did some research (google). I heard on the radio as well of a company called crack x.. I did my best to go through them... but NEVER got a call back.
I did some further research and found "Done Right Services". I checked out their website... watched their YouTube videos.... and was very impressed. But here is the next big hurdle.. will they call me back unlike the last people? 100% Jeremy did!
Jeremy came down the next day to give me a free quote! I shared with him my goal of what I wanted to accomplish in my new basement. He recommended getting it water sealed (my apologies for not saying the exact term). I knew the foundation is a very important part of a house.
I did not feel pressured in any way from Jeremy at any time. He not only was upfront with everything but very helpful as well! I'd recommend him and his company to anyone and everyone!

"I spent two months meeting with multiple contractors to discuss and review proposals for repairing our 1881 field stone foundation basement. I finally contracted with Done Right after speaking with Jeremy and reviewing his proposal to repoint and seal the walls, wrap an old chimney, and lay new concrete flooring (among other things). Before Jeremy and his team came in, we had a completely unusable space. As other reviewers have noted following completion of their projects, after Jeremy’s team finished we were left with a whole new basement. The space is now clean, healthy, and useable. I can’t recommend Done Right enough."
"We contracted Done Right for a full restore of a 120 year-old fieldstone foundation. We started out with crumbling walls, critters, mold, and a disintegrating floor. What we have now after just over a week of work is nothing less than a whole, new basement! The work was completed on time, on budget, and according to plan. As questions came-up during the prep phase and after the work was completed, Jeremy was very responsive. I also can't also thank Jeremy enough for pointing out a cracked sewer pipe as work was getting started."
