"I can’t recommend Jeremy and his company Done Right Services enough. When I purchased my older home in 2017, I was told that Done Right Services had waterproofed the basement walls. Thru every storm that year the walls were completely dry but the floor leaked badly. So after awhile I contacted Jeremy to fix the floors too. Jeremy came quickly and not only explained the process but was extremely kind and considerate to me. While Jeremy and the Done Right crew were here, I had to leave for an appointment. I was so comfortable with this company (especially knowing that Jeremy was here working and overseeing the job) that I left for my appointment without any apprehension. When I got home later that afternoon, the job was done, the door was locked, and he even left me a note! It’s been a few months and a few storms and my basement and my “stuff” is completely dry!
