"Done Right did it all right! Jeremy came out at a time convenient for me for an initial estimate. Being a relatively small job (fixing 9 cracks in the walls around my poured foundation) he said he would be the one to come and do the work himself. I had to do some work (clean up the basement so he could get to the walls) which took a little while to take care of and Jeremy was more than willing to be flexible with his scheduling. Once I was ready he came right out and take care of the job. He did exactly what he said he would, addressed each of the cracks around the basement and sealed them very well. Not a drip has made it in since he was there. To my surprise Jeremy took the time to identify a major source of water infiltrating my basement (turns out there was a very poorly placed condensate pump outlet). He went to the local HomeDepot, bought some PVC, and rerouted the outlet away from the foundation. Also, he went around and treated all visible cracks from the outside as well as a few other very small ones inside that were not leaking (not part of the original quote). I hope to never need Done Right's services again but if I do I would hire them in a heart beat! I didn't even mention the transferable warranty!"
