"I live in an antique home that is 259 years old and had a stone wall basement. I had chronic severe water problems from all of the water that seeped through the stones and cause multiple severe floods . The stone basement was re-pointed, sealed & waterproof. My basement now is free from any trickling water between the rocks , there has been no flooding nor has my sump pump. Have to go on at all since this got done. Amazing job! "Jeremy, Benny, Junior, and Chris did a great job restoring our 112-year-old fieldstone foundation. The foundation had had some spot repointing over the years but had never been fully repaired, and several sections were clearly worse for wear when we bought the house last fall. Jeremy was helpful in educating us about fieldstone foundations and explaining how Done Right restores them. In advance of the work, Jeremy and Courtney patiently fielded my questions about how the foundation repair would interact with other planned basement repairs. Throughout the week of work, the whole team was very professional; Benny checked in with me at the end of every day to allow me to inspect the day’s work and ask questions. "Several months ago, I reached out to Done Right Services for a foundation inspection due to persistent water infiltration in my basement. Jeremy scheduled a visit to consult with me, during which he thoroughly discussed the issues I was facing with my foundation, the reasons behind the leaks, and the steps necessary to resolve them.
After our consultation, I decided to book a date for his crew to come out and tackle the problems. Benny and Junior arrived on time and worked diligently to chip out all of the old mortar, pressure wash the entire foundation and basement, repoint, and waterproof my foundation.
